Διατηρήθηκε μέσα από τη γλώσσα και τα τραγούδια, από μάνα σε κόρη», εξηγεί η ερμηνεύτρια των ισπανοεβραϊκών τραγουδιών Γιασμίν Λεβί που έρχεται ξανά στην Ελλάδα.
